Our client is a top tier professional services firm with offices based in Dublin City Centre. Due to a continued growth trajectory, they are seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager/Director for a permanent role on their renewable energy team.Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to the firms overall M&A strategy and facilitate deal planning.
Leverage deep sector expertise to identify and pursue new opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Support deal execution on both buy and sell sides.
Manage transactions from inception to completion, coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maximise value for clients.

Requirements:

ACCA/ACCA/CFA Qualified
Experience either advising clients on M&A strategy and deal planning or leading the execution of M&A transactions.
Good working knowledge of the renewable space
Strong financial modelling experience
Management experience
