Business Analyst (Advent Geneva)Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Type: PermanentA global alternative investment firm is seeking an Advent Geneva Business Analyst to support and enhance its core accounting and investment systems environment.This role sits between Finance, Investment, and Technology teams, ensuring Advent Geneva is optimised, aligned to operational workflows, and supporting complex alternative investment structures.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as functional SME for Advent Geneva across business and system initiativesGather and translate accounting and operational requirements into system solutionsSupport onboarding of new mandates including workflows and reporting requirementsWork closely with developers on custom loaders, reports, and enhancementsTroubleshoot accounting data and system configuration issuesSupport upgrades, patches, and ongoing platform optimisationRequired ExperienceStrong hands on experience with Advent GenevaExperience working within Private Equity, Private Credit, or alternative investmentsSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial instrumentsExperience with Geneva RSL and reporting frameworksSQL or database exposureStrong stakeholder engagement skills across Finance and TechnologyDesirableExposure to leveraged loans, fixed income, CLOs, derivatives, ABS, or CMBSExperience supporting global investment operations Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
