Contract Duration: running till June 11, 2026About the RoleWe are seeking an Operations Investigations Specialist to join the Trust Defense team at a leading global technology company in the travel and hospitality sector (client confidential). This is a 9-month full-time contract role, supporting platform integrity operations through investigations, trend analysis, and risk management.You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the safety and trust of the platform and its users. The role requires a strong sense of judgment, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain subject matter expertise in Platform Integrity Operations
- Investigate high-volume, complex user and reservation activity for potential risks
- Educate users on platform safety and responsible usage
- Analyse trends and identify product vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve tools and policies
- Ensure thorough documentation and confidentiality in all investigations
- Provide feedback to improve internal risk models and detection systems
- 1-2 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or Trust and Safety
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and prioritising in time-sensitive situations
- Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality in sensitive investigations
- Availability to work a fixed schedule of 40 hours/week (shift work)
- Proficiency in internet research; familiarity with SQL, JSON, or similar is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus (not required)
