- To respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- To provide a range of specialty coffees and teas to guests.
- To ensure that all tea and coffee orders are served in a timely manner
- To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and barista station.
- To ensure that the barista station is sufficiently stocked at all times.
- To ensure correct usage and cleaning of all relevant equipment.
- To process payment transactions, both cash and card, in accordance with company policy.
- All staff should be presentable at all times and in adherence to the grooming standards in the staff handbook.
- To ensure any complaints and incidents are brought to your manager or supervisor's attention.
- To assist others with side work including, but not limited to; cleaning, stocking, polishing glasses, etc.
