Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in the daily running of the store including staff management, inventory management, visual merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist in the training and on boarding of new staff and review upskilling opportunities for existing staff members
  • Supervise and motivate sales assistants to ensure all KPI targets are being met daily
  • Handle customer inquires, requests and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory levels, restocking and visual displays
Ideal candidate
  • Must have previous management experience and a proven track record of meeting company targets
  • Presents a high energy personality
  • Strong people focus and team management skills
  • Be able to deliver excellent customer service
