- Support the transformation of retrospective chart review programs into standardized, tech-enabled workflows following all regulatory requirements
- Manage key components of the end to end Retrospective Chart Review Program lifecycle, including chart targeting, retrieval tracking, workflow documentation, reporting, and reconciliation of CMS return data
- Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of platforms that support multi program utilization of retrieved medical records
- Build trusted/strategic relationships with partners and serve as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental operations and organizational objectives
- Support compliance monitoring activities to ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory standards
- Works collaboratively with the Quality Assurance (QA) program to create a process to produce organizational and industry quality coding standards
- Collaborate with QA partners to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Partner with analytics teams to refine chart targeting logic and retrieval prioritization
- Analyze operational metrics such as retrieval rate, cost-per-record, reuse rate, and QA pass rate
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards and reports that support performance tracking and continuous improvement
- Support initiatives involving automation, OCR/NLP, and AI to improve record processing and insights
- Participate in pilots and proof-of-concepts to test new technologies under guidance from senior team members
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, data science, business, or a related field
- Demonstrated solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical and clinical teams
- Proven solid program management background, and ability to work with vendor and data analytics team
- Certifications/Methodology: Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management
- Healthcare Domain: U.S. healthcare operations, Risk Adjustment or Quality programs, clinical data management, EHR
- Technical Skills: OCR/NLP, AI document processing FHIR, C-CDA
- Analytics: Tableau, Power BI
