Our client, a global development and manufacturing organisation, are currently recruiting for a BMS Senior Automation Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Experience using Rockwell Automation is essential for this role.Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage control system (PLC, DCS), ensure control system runs well compliance with the requirements of related regulatory
- Responsible for routine maintenance work for BMS system
- Support spare parts inventory management, ensure critical spare parts in hand, and maintain economic inventory as well
- Develop and improve control system related SOPs
- Automation project management
- Manage installation, commissioning, qualification, and modification of automation systems, provide reliable automation system
- Manage project construction by reviewing project plans, discussing with contractors/engineers/consultants
- Computer system validation management
- Support computer system validation related work, ensure systems are fit for the intended use and meet current regulatory requirements
- Ensure Data integrity of computerized system
- Support data integrity related work, ensure computerized systems meet current regulatory requirements
- Support domestic and international audit activities
- Account administration of computerized system
- Responsible for the account management, time synchronization and data backup, archiving of the computerized system on the site
- Actively participate in safety, quality, and training activities in the company
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer/ Process Automation
- 5+ Years’ experience in automation engineering.
- 2+ BMS experience
- Master of BMS Automation System Management (Rockwell) with excellent automation project management skill
- Professional understanding of GMP & EHS regulations & best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
- Results oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a short period of time
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
