St. Michael’s House is growing, and we are recruiting Staff Nurses to join our team across various services.We are currently recruiting for:
  • Staff Nurse positions in Day Services (Monday–Friday)
  • Relief Panel positions covering shifts across all areas of the organisation.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse and active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
  • Up to 3 months' experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • A commitment to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities aligned with the values of St. Michael’s House. This must be clearly demonstrated in your CV, cover letter, and interview.
  • Understanding of Health Act 2007, HIQA standards, and Interim New Directions.
  • Experience in management of complex health needs and positive behaviour support is desirable.
  • Commitment to person-centred, rights-based support.
  • A strong focus on building respectful, collaborative relationships and working as part of a supportive team.
