- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, overseeing the delivery of critical work packages.
- Take ownership of probe specifications, including components, subsystems, and packaging.
- Drive technical studies and root cause analyses, delivering impactful solutions.
- Conduct detailed data analysis, presenting findings through comprehensive reports.
- Play a key role in project planning, contributing to design requirements and verification tests.
- Oversee outsourced manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality and company standards are met.
- Support the development and validation of new test methods, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of R&D experience in the Medical Device sector.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong understanding of medical device design, regulations (e.g., GMP, QMS, ISO), and design control processes.
