Become a key player in our client's dynamic team at a cutting-edge technology firm, where we’re seeking a driven individual to support the Insights Program with top-notch analytical prowess.As an Insights Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping critical decision-making processes by distilling complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.Salary: Around € 88K per annum (open to negotiations)
Location: Ireland, Dublin
Work Model: Hybrid

Job Reference: BBBH 25193IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL EXCEL BY:
  • Managing the production of insightful reports that drive strategic decisions.
  • Communicating process, policy, and product concepts in a simplified manner to diverse stakeholders.
  • Conducting urgent investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes, and recommending data-driven corrective actions.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement impactful changes based on quality metric analyses.
  • Independently driving project implementations and operational improvements with minimal supervision.
  • Staying updated on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the community support processes and policies to inform insights effectively.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years working in an Operations, Insights, Analytics, Product, Engineering, or equivalent team, preferably in a technology company or consulting firm or similar fast-paced environment.
  • 4+ years of experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
  • Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4+ years of professional experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions) and SQL.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in program and stakeholder management in a cross-functional and cross-geographical capacity.
