- To provide service of drinks to all guests in Dotts Bar/Ros Bui and Banqueting areas
- To adhere to The Rose Hotel customer service standard
- To be knowledgeable in all aspects of drinks, to be able to make cocktails an advantage
- To ensure that Dotts Bar and Banqueting areas are set up to the agreed standard
- To ensure that the Dotts Bar and Banqueting areas are kept clean, tidy and free from hazards at all times
- To ensure that guests bills are correct and to ensure that all items served are included on the guest bill
- To ensure that all Dotts Bar and Banqueting equipment is kept clean and tidy and stored appropriately
- To ensure that adequate mis en place is completed for each shift
- To ensure that the glass wash area is kept clean and tidy at all times
- To ensure that all fridges are kept clean and tidy.
- To ensure that cleaning records are completed on a daily basis
- To ensure that the store room in the back of Dotts Bar is kept clean and tidy
- To complete all required training both inhouse and legislative.
- To have at least 1 years experience in a busy bar/hotel bar
- To be able to work evenings - this will include weekends and public holidays
- To be able to work as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English - at least leave C1 or C2
- To work with management/supervisors
