To assume full responsibility for the Sales Process and Customer experience within the Flooring department. This role will involve acting as a first point of contact for all enquiries and delivering a tailored service to each customer to ensure that they leave the store happy with their purchase.Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Advising on sizing and product suitability
- Advising on colour schemes
- Ordering and processing all customer orders
- Setting up delivery timelines
- Achieving sales targets consistently
- The ideal person will have a flair for retail sales with a keen eye for detail
- Individuals must be approachable and friendly
- Confidence is key to performing well in a role like this
- An interest in home interiors would be a huge advantage
- Experience in a similar role ideally
- Positive, hardworking and target orientated
- The sales executive will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with flooring fitters.
- They will require a flair and knowledge of flooring products and modern design trends, to help meet the needs of our customers.
- They should aim to build a relationship of trust by asking the right questions to understand our customers' flooring needs and use their answers to develop the optimum solution.
- Sales executives should use hard work, creativity and a good knowledge of our expansive product offering to close sales and ensure the customer has an enjoyable experience in the process.
- We encourage our sales executives to invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
- At all times, our sales executives must be honest and demonstrate integrity throughout the sales process.
