Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 5 days a week for full-time, part-time hours also availableSalary: €38k - €42kWe are seeking a Trade Counter Salesperson for a busy Agri/ Builder provider in the Kenmare area. As a Trade Counter Salesperson, you will be customer's first point of contact either face to face or by phone, understanding their needs and providing them with advice on products, taking orders and ensuring the customer receives the best possible customer service.Responsibilities:
  • Processing counter sales and offering solutions
  • Dealing with phone and counter enquiries
  • Efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries regarding all building/DIY materials
  • Process incoming sales orders, quotation requests and enquiries
  • Merchandising of products in the store
Requirements:
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferably in a trade counter, retail, or similar environment).
  • Strong Retail/Builders Merchant/DIY knowledge is desirable.
  • Computer literate with the ability to use EPOS and stock management systems.
  • Keen interest in delivering superb customer service/after sales.
