The caretaker will be responsible for opening and locking up the premises. This will include some early morning and evening work. Covering reception if there is a need of a person present in the building during certain activities. Duties include general repairs, maintenance and cleaning, furniture and equipment assembly, painting outdoor furniture, replacing bulbs, small painting jobs and other duties required by the centre coordinator. Suitable validated references and completed Garda Vetting and international police clearance ( where necessary) applies prior to starting.
