We recruit across Europe and The Philippines both remotely and in-country. Ireland is in constant demand for skilled technical labour and management. Key Duties and responsibilities

Conduct a high volume of outreach calls per day
Meet and exceed clearly defined recruitment targets and KPI's
Coordination of multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Developing job ads based on client requirements
Sourcing and screening suitable candidates from various international sources
Performing reference checks and supporting with candidate onboarding
Development and maintenance of excellent client relationships
Ensuring an in depth understanding of our most valued clients and the talent they require
Support and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of our processes and systems

Experience Required:

1+ years experience in a similar position in Recruitment, Sales or Administration
Strong IT skills particularly MS Office and ability to use CRM platforms and APP's.
Highly driven, detail-oriented and organised.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
