- Lead, supervise, and support teams across.
- Ensure the emotional, social, and educational needs of children and young people are met in line with individual care plans.
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment, in compliance with HIQA standards, child protection policies, and safeguarding legislation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of service provision across all settings.
- Support professional development, reflective practice, and continuous learning for care teams.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager, external agencies, and families to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
- A relevant qualification in Social Care, Youth Work, or a related discipline (minimum Level 7).
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential childcare.
- Significant experience in residential childcare, with exposure to mainstream, PLC, or SCSIP services desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of HIQA regulations, child protection, safeguarding, and best practice standards.
- Ability to work with young people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Lead and shape services making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
