The position will be part of the leadership team and oversee the day-to-day financial operations, as well as, business support, IT and insurance support. This is an initial 12-month contract. Salary c. 70-80k pro rata for 3 days per week.Responsibilities

Timely monthly management accounts and reports
Support in budgeting and forecasting
Provide Funds, Grants & Reserves Reconciliations as required
Ensure efficient finance systems and processes
Cash flow management
Support Leadership team in preparing P&Ls and forecasts
Oversee monthly payroll process
Participate in Leadership Team meetings and activities
Supervise and mentor the Finance & Business Support Administrator

Requirements

Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE
Knowledge of current best practice and reporting requirements in Finance, IT and Governance
Proficient in technology especially Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel & Google Workspace (Sheets
Fluent English essential
Experience being part of a Start Up organisation an advantage
