Job DescriptionSite Engineer - North DublinPermanent | €65,000 DOE | Residential Project €300mThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Site Engineer to join a well-established residential developer working on large scale housing projects. Due to a growing number of active sites, the company is looking to strengthen its team.This company has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality residential developments with a clear focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strong on site co-ordination. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and assess the quality of work carried out by subcontractors ensuring standards are met
Manage site drawings supporting accurate project delivery
Carry out setting out duties, including providing gridlines and levels for groundwork and RC frame elements, also setting out housing plots and preparing survey information for legal handover
Supervise and track performance of groundwork, civil engineering, and concrete frame contractors on site
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and detail
Keep accurate site records and ensure all quality assurance documentation is properly maintained

Requirements:

Relevant third level degree in Engineering
2 years work experience
