This Irish construction company is going from strength to strength and have a broad portfolio that comprises of schools, commercial buildings and housing developments.As this company continue to expand, they’re seeking an experienced site manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successful project management in the construction industry, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.This role will be based on a project in the Midlands.Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site
Review high-level deliverables across site.
Implement quality assurance procedures.
Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects.
Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors.
Ensure that all work onsite is in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating activities to meet milestones and deadlines. Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize project efficiency.

Key Requirements

3rd level qualification (or relevant trade experience)
Minimum 2 years’ experience site management experience is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and track record of delivering projects with precision.
Exceptional verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in leading projects from inception to completion.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package

Package offered

Salary of €45,000 - €60,000 – depending on experience
