Cpl HR recruitment are looking to speak with candidates for a high-impact role focused on strengthening people data, insight and governance in a regulated environment for a 12 month contract.You'll own the organisation's people data and reporting capability, ensuring high data quality, dashboards and meaningful insight to support senior decision-making. Working closely with the HR Director and senior stakeholders, you'll also oversee key people-related governance frameworks, including Fitness & Probity and the Individual Accountability Framework.Key focus areas
  • People data quality, analytics, dashboards and reporting
  • Insight-led reporting for leadership, Committees and Board
  • Oversight of people governance and regulatory requirements
  • Continuous improvement of HR systems, data and reporting processes
About you
  • Experience in people data, analytics or governance within a regulated or complex environment, ideally in a financial setting
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills
  • Confident translating data into clear insights
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
