Customer Service Skills: Training will include how to communicate professionally in person, by phone, and via email. The participant will learn to handle customer enquiries, maintain accurate records, and manage client relationships with courtesy and confidence. Formal: Accounting and Bookkeeping: The participant will be introduced to basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Training will involve data entry into accounting software, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial record maintenance. Social Media Management: The participant will gain experience creating and scheduling content for social media platforms, engaging with online audiences, and monitoring basic analytics. Training will cover practical skills for promoting business activities online.
