Ballynahinch Castle Hotel & Estate we are currently recruiting for a Staff Canteen Chef for our Staff Canteen Kitchen. The role is day time hours 9am to 17:30 pm - no evening workKey responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Helping the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control
