- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs
- Follow recipes and presentation standards with accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas and equipment
- Maintain food safety practices in line with HACCP standards
- Support stock rotation and labelling procedures
- Basic culinary qualification or relevant training
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary industry
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
