- Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver induction programmes to integrate new hires into the business and provide ongoing training for current employees.
- Sales Training & Development: Facilitate sales training workshops, talent management programmes, and training days to enhance sales skills and productivity.
- Field-Based Coaching: Provide on-the-ground support through 1:1 coaching sessions and field accompaniments, offering tailored feedback and guidance.
- Support field sales operations across all regions, ensuring consistency and high standards in training and performance.
- Training Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training and coaching programmes and ensure that employees are integrating new skills and techniques into their daily work.
- Liaise with managers in relation to on-going identification of learning needs and be a support to the Training and Development team in preparing and delivering learning interventions to the business
- Train the Trainer qualified
- Field sales experience
- Energy Sales experience
- Previous sales training experience
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong organisational skills, highly motivated
- Proven track record supporting individuals by engaging and inspiring others
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training strategies
- Experience with training evaluation and measurement techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
