We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented student with a genuine interest in aviation to join our HR & Compliance team as a paid placement student.The successful candidate will play an active role in delivering aviation‑compliant background checks on behalf of our clients, while also supporting our recruitment and HR operations.This is a hands-on role offering meaningful responsibility, real client interaction, and exposure to aviation security regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesAviation Background Checks & Compliance
- Assisting in the delivery of 5‑year aviation background checks in line with Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) regulations
- Working directly with candidates to gather required documentation
- Contacting previous employers and referees to verify employment references
- Liaising with clients to clarify compliance requirements
- Compiling and reviewing documentation into final background check compliance packs for client submission
- Issuing contracts of employment and onboarding documentation
- Supporting recruitment campaigns by posting roles on social media and company platforms
- Assisting with candidate communications and scheduling
- Updating internal tracking systems and ensuring accurate record‑keeping
Ongoing support from experienced aviation HR and compliance professionals
All equipment provided (laptop, systems access, tools)No previous aviation experience is required, full training will be given.Ideal Candidate ProfileCurrently studying in University in:
- HR
- Business
- Aviation Management
- Law
- Logistics or related discipline
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Exposure to the aviation‑regulated industry
Experience working with global airlines and aviation service providers
A professional, supportive working environment in our Swords, Dublin office
Strong CV‑building experience in compliance, HR, and aviation operations
