Manufacturing & Maintenance TechnicianWe’re hiring for a global manufacturer with a brand-new facility in the south east. This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited to technicians who enjoy keeping machines running at peak performance and making an impact on the quality of life of people worldwide.Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimise production machinery
Perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs (mechanical/electrical/pneumatic)
Monitor equipment performance to ensure output meets cycle time
Support improvements and equipment upgrades in collaboration with engineers
Interpret schematics and maintain documentation
Train production operators on safe equipment use and procedures

You’ll thrive here if you:

Have a Level 6+ technical qualification (mechanical/electrical/maintenance)
Enjoy solving problems and working with your hands
Are experienced in any regulated or precision-driven sector (e.g. food, electronics, FMCG, packaging, plastics)
Want to transition into medical/pharma – even if you haven’t worked in this space yet
Are open to working in a shift-based environment with a strong support system
