Maintenance Manager

- Oversee reliable operation & maintenance of all company equipment.
- Develop & implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Administer & improve the CMMS maintenance program.
- Manage resources, budgets & spare parts strategy.
- Lead and train maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with GMP & safety.
- Support projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as key contact for vendors & contractors.
- Technical Qualification / Trade Qualified.
- Must have 5+ years' management experience.
- Must have 10+ years in a manufacturing/production setting.
- Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Experience with BMS & SCADA systems.
- Mechanical & electrical process plant knowledge.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM).
- Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
