Duties to include: Cooking; Preparing and cooking meals for Children following the Creche menu; Following HACCP guidelines - Full HACCP training will be offered; Record keeping (fridge temps etc); Liaising with Creche room Supervisors to confirm numbers of children to be catered for and special dietary requirements etc; Stock control; Compiling shopping lists for groceries and cleaning supplies; Checking expiry dates and rotating stock; Replenishing stock supply (hand towels, soap etc); Disposing of unsafe stock ( out of date, exposed etc.) Hygiene; Washing and drying laundry; Following cleaning schedule for kitchen and staff area; Reporting Hazards.
