It includes reporting progress to leadership, supporting safety compliance, and upholding company values.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Arrange Process Engineering Supply Chain project plans, key milestones, and objectives to ensure engineering outputs meet customer’s operational needs and requirements.Apply key knowledge to Process Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis, and successfully implementing corrective actions.Build key performance process engineering reports to escalate to management, along with status updates relative to success in meeting critical goals and objectives.Carry out process validations on all ongoing Process Engineering initiatives for subsequent operational integration and supply chain implementation.Assists with Process Engineering Technician activity, supporting and enforcing site-specific safety and industrial hygiene requirements.Communicate and escalate in a timely manner, any Process Engineering issues or concerns to the next management level.Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Utilities Engineering, or a related disciplineA recent graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026)Focused on continuous improvementCapable of working within a project team to achieve resultsSkilled in the use of problem-solving tools/techniquesExcellent communication skillsAbility to communicate ideas to both a technical and non-technical audienceStrong attention to detailExcellent planning and organisation skills
