We’re looking for a confident and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience.The RoleAs Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the venue during your shift. You’ll lead a team of bar, kitchen, and floor staff, maintain high operational standards, and ensure excellent customer service at all times. This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for hospitality.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and bar/kitchen teams
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle any issues promptly
  • Monitor compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company policies
  • Manage cash handling, stock control, and administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with staff training, development, and scheduling
  • Report to senior management on operational performance and team matters
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within hospitality (bar, restaurant, or events)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • High energy, approachable, and confident in dealing with customers and staff
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and late nights
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
