Who are we looking for? • Participants eligible to participate in the Community Employment Scheme • Individuals passionate about helping others, working as part of a team, and making a positive impact • Friendly, approachable, and sensitive to the needs of service users having excellent personal/interpersonal skills & communication skills. • Candidates must have a Full Type B (minimum) Licence • Garda Vetting will be required for this role CE Scheme Eligibility Eligibility to participate on the Community Employment Scheme is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and must also be getting one of the following payments for at least 12 months: • Jobseeker's Benefit • Jobseeker's Allowance • Jobseeker's Transitional Payment • One-Parent Family Payment • Deserted Wife's Benefit • Widow's, Widower's or Surviving Civil Partner's (Contributory) Pension • Widow's, Widower's or Surviving Civil Partner's (Non-contributory) Pension • Farm Assist Some exceptions exist and it is best to speak to a member of staff in your local Intreo Centre for more information about the qualifying criteria. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.
