A leading international FinTech services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join its Dublin-based IT team. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will play a key role in delivering first-class IT services across the company’s global offices, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.In this role, you’ll provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support, managing incidents, service requests, and daily IT tasks in line with strict SLAs. Your work will span end-user computing, AV systems, and collaboration tools, with responsibilities including troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining IT documentation, managing vendors, and ensuring all systems adhere to industry standards. Acting as an escalation point for critical incidents, you’ll also help guide IT service/toolset selection and improvements to service desk processes.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange Online and Windows 10/11. Experience with Mimecast, TeamViewer, scripting, or Azure-based environments will be an advantage, along with a proven ability to provide ‘white glove’ support to senior stakeholders.This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative IT team within a company that values resilience, innovation, and operational excellence. Skills / Experience Required:
  • 8 + years of experience as an IT Support Engineer
  • Strong experience with Office 365, Autopilot, Sharepoint, Intune, AD, Exchange Online
  • Strong experience providing support to senior stakeholders
