The Global Operations Integrity Operations Team strives to create a safe atmosphere for the Meta communities by way of outstanding support, education, and care for the various people around the world who use our platforms. We pride ourselves in helping prevent online and real-world harm by building fast, scalable support systems to address safety-related incidents on our products, and by influencing others to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. Integrity Operations' focus is on mitigating real-world harm to protect our community of users, improving the health of our products and helping people understand how to use them through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions. Those who join our teams are very passionate about solving people's issues, and are advocates for the Facebook and Instagram communities. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to harm reduction and support at scale. You will generate insights and optimize the labelling process. You will play a pivotal role in the development of AI and ML models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance across both integrity and support use cases.Project Manager, Fraud & Scam Operations ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert in various integrity and support issues across Operations at MetaManage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environmentCreate and modify data labels, ensuring compliance to all regulatory and legal requirementsEnsure the quality of labeled data sets, ensuring alignment to Meta's policies and/or support processesPartner with team members to improve processes and tools of the team's labeling interfacesAnalyze and audit data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operationsUse problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problemsLead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threatsBuild cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and usersDevelop expertise of the integrity issues and how they affect our communityMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree BA/BS2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment2+ years of work experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operationsExperience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teamsPreferred Qualifications1+ year of experience working with data analysis (eg SQL) and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) toolsExperience with online T&S issues, particularly Fraud & ScamsExperience with vendor management & scaled online operationsExperience with quality management process and business metricsExperience with GenAI tools and annotation labelling training & operationsAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
