We are seeking an experienced Construction / Home Energy Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Irish insulation and retrofit market to cover Kerry, Cork and Limerick counties. Our clients are a Gold Partner of Ireland's innovative “One Stop Shop” within the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme and are looking for a driven sales professional to interact with customers and follow leads that SEAI provide. You will cover both domestic and commercial projects and will provide expert guidance to property owners and will assist in offering grant advice. You will manage project start dates and will be first point of contact for any queries relating to works.As an Experienced Sales professional, you will excel in closing deals and will have knowledge to assist homeowners applying for SEAI grants and finance options. This is a permanent position, filed based covering counties Kerry, Limerick and Cork.Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on home energy assessments, insulation options, grants, and financing.
Oversee projects from consultation to follow-up BER assessments.
Conduct site visits, including attic and wall inspections.
Provide information for SEAI grants.

Requirements

You will come from a construction sales background with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar setting.
Strong knowledge in insulation techniques and construction practices.
Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.

A competitive salary in the region of €50 – €60,000, plus commission along with Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone and assessing tools is offered. For further information, please email me directly at
