Our client, a well established Legal Firm based in Kilkenny, has a vacancy for a secretary to join a busy commercial/private client team. This role is in an office environment that requires a professional enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is reliable, hardworking and flexible.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet & greet clients in a professional manner
  • Open/close files
  • Preparing briefs and assisting with other tasks as required
  • Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents as required
  • Diary management and booking of meeting rooms
  • Ensure client contact information is kept up to date
  • Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
  • Ad Hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or office administration role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills required.
  • Strong typing and administrative skills, including dictaphone typing.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Multi-tasker, Professional & Courteous.
