- Diary management and booking of meeting rooms
- Ensure client contact information is kept up to date
- Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
- Ad Hoc duties as required
- Previous experience in a secretarial or office administration role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills required.
- Strong typing and administrative skills, including dictaphone typing.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously.
