
Senior VAT Team Member

- Manages the monthly VAT reporting calendar for a team of four, ensuring timely submission of VAT, Intrastat, and EC Sales filings.
- Supports team members in preparing complete, accurate, and timely VAT filings.
- Oversees month-end processes, including VAT account reconciliations, journal entries, cash management, forecasting, and FX exposure monitoring.
- Ensures timely responses to queries from VAT Authorities.
- Maintains the VAT control framework for SOX, internal audit, and external VAT inspections.
- Participates in project work as required.
- Performs other ad-hoc duties.

- 3+ years of finance/VAT experience in a multinational or similar setting.
- Accounting/Finance degree.
- Proficient in Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
- Experience with RPA tools.
- Fluent in English (additional European language would be a plus)
- Desirable: Experience in Customs/Trade Compliance.
- Desirable: Management experience.
