Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage a team of CF3 and CF4-qualified professionals to consistently deliver high performance.
Sales & Business Growth: Take ownership of business development, lead generation, and cross-selling to drive sustained revenue growth.
Customer Excellence: Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding personal and business banking service.
Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, optimal capacity planning, and regulatory alignment.
Risk & Compliance: Maintain a strong risk and control culture within the branch, ensuring all processes are fully compliant.
Strategic Collaboration: Build and nurture productive relationships with internal partners across the business to support local and national objectives.
Performance & Succession: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, deliver regular feedback, address performance gaps, and identify talent for progression.

What You'll Bring

Full QFA Qualification, with all CPD requirements up to date - a must-have for this leadership role.
Established Branch Leadership Experience, ideally with several years at Branch Manager or Deputy Manager level within retail financial services.
Strong Commercial Acumen, with a proven ability to deliver sales targets through both personal initiative and team leadership.
People Leadership Skills, including coaching, performance management, and staff development.
Customer-First Mindset, with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.
