- Partner with Sales to support enterprise sales cycles for Afiniti's new products.
- Act as the technical expert in customer engagements, including discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations.
- Translate customer business use cases into technical and architectural solutions.
- Engage CTO, CIO, architecture, and operations stakeholders to position solution design and deployment approaches.
- Serve as a core contributor to go-to-market execution for new products.
- Support product launches through sales enablement, field readiness, and messaging refinement.
- Establish global standards for Sales Engineer engagement models, best practices, and delivery excellence across regions.
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Afiniti's agentic AI and contact center integrations.
- Advise customers on architecture, integration patterns, and deployment approaches.
- Lead technical strategy for complex opportunities, pilots, and PoCs through technical validation.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot engagements.
- Drive technical validation, risk mitigation, and solution confidence to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates.
- Create reference architectures, demo environments, and playbooks to scale product adoption globally.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in agentic AI, conversational AI, and contact center technologies.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.
- Partner with Product teams to relay customer insights and technical feedback.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Partner with Sales to shape technical approach within account plans across major opportunities.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures and integrations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CCaaS platforms or contact center ecosystems (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI-driven workflow orchestration or automation platforms (preferred).
- Builder mindset, comfortable working with evolving products and shaping new sales motions.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across stakeholder levels.
- Adaptable and thrives in global, distributed team environments.
- Willingness and ability to be based in Dublin, Ireland.
- Accelerate adoption of Afiniti's new agentic AI products through credible, consistent technical engagement.
- Improve win rates in complex enterprise sales cycles through strong solution design and technical validation.
- Establish a scalable global standard for Sales Engineering practice and engagement models.
- Act as a trusted bridge between product innovation and measurable customer outcomes.
- Build reusable assets, reference architectures, demo environments, playbooks - that scale globally.
