🎉 What the role is:As an Accommodation porter you will:

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage stock deliveries and distribute them throughout the Hotel for your team
Manage the incoming/outgoing linen on a daily basis
Assist with the amenities for bedrooms
Collaborate closely with the maintenance and public area teams
Assist your colleagues with moving furniture, changing room types, cleaning and any other tasks assigned by your manager
Provide exceptional service and support during busy periods
Represent the hotel with pride and positivity
Think about the guest in everything you do

✔️ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, or retail environment
A naturally friendly, outgoing personality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Professional appearance and communication at all times
Flexibility — including weekends, early starts, and late finishes
A true team player who loves creating standout guest experiences
