Robinson Distribution Ltd are currently seeking a Sales person to join our expanding business.At Robinson we specialise in the production of HGV trailers, cranes, tippers and bodies. Established in Portarlington, Ireland in 2003, Robinson Distribution Ltd. has continuously expanded and has developed into a market leading trailer and crane manufacturer, supplying an ever growing customer base in the transport and forestry sector across Ireland and the UK.Robinson is an ambitious family owned and managed business with a long and proud history of transport, Agri-products and forest machinery.Throughout its history, Robinson’s has been an innovative company with continuous research and development being at the core of the business.Our track record of trailer and crane design and manufacture provides us with a strong competitive advantage in terms of new product development.All our trailers and cranes are designed by our team of experienced engineers.We are located @ Portnahinch, Portarlington R32CD40, in a beautiful location free from traffic and urban pressures.Duties include.

Sell product to dealers and customers in UK and Ireland.
Manage sales calls received in the office.
Develop sales leads by means of online marketing.
Attend trade shows in Ireland, UK Germany & France.
Follow up sales leads after trade shows (visit potential customers).
Carry out some of your own marketing (online and newspaper _ keeping social media current).
Communicate with back office regarding sales queries and future order books.
Truck license is required (or willing to get one).
This position will have a direct report to the Managing Director.

Full training will be provided.This position is open to all and would be perfect for someone who wants to learn about sales of machinery. This is also open to recent graduates.At Robinsons we agree payment at the interview stage. Salary and commission structure is in place for this roll.Requirements:

Must have a good working knowledge of machinery.
Degree in Agriculture, Business or Engineering related is an advantage but not essential
Knowledge of Engineering, plant machinery or Agricultural machinery is an advantage
Must be willing to travel overseas.
Proficient on computer operation.
Must have experience in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
Excellent communication skills.
