Our client is a leading global Plc, who are looking for a Recently Qualified Accountant to join their team as Financial Analyst. This is a commercial role what will focus on group acquisitions, valuations and will offer exposure to all M&A activities.Responsibilities include;

Assist in the preparation of Financial Models to be used by senior management to assess potential investment opportunities;
Perform Financial Analysis on a range of KPIs to assist in decision making;
Business Partnering with multiple internal stakeholders in ensuring the correct accounting treatment is used for M&A activities.
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Requirements;

Big 4/Top 10 recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA);
Experience with Plc/Group Finance functions preferred;
Interest in Finance Modelling and learning on the job;
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
