You will be collaborating alongside product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to create blockchain-based systems tailored for FinTech use cases. You will be part of the development of wallets, smart contracts, and trading platforms focused on robust security and seamless user experiences.What You Bring:Hands-On Experience: Proven background in digital asset development, cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps).Preference to experience with EVMs.Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of blockchain technologies (like Ethereum, Bitcoin) and cryptographic principles (including public-key cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs).Open-Source Contributions: Significant contributions to public open-source projects, with verifiable work on platforms like GitHub.Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as TypeScript or Solidity ideally, but others are good too - Rust, Go, or Python, with experience in low-level systems programming.Customer-Focused: Experience with customer-facing crypto products (wallets, exchanges, DeFi platforms) emphasizing usability and security.API & Smart Contract Design: Ability to design and implement secure APIs and smart contracts for blockchain applications.Agile Development: Familiarity with agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and iterative feature validation in a fast-paced environment.Communication Skills: Excellent ability to articulate complex cryptographic concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.About the Team:Join a dynamic group within our client's organization, known as their in-house software incubator and digital studio.
