Optimize Recruitment, working closely with our client, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a long-established Irish main contractor delivering high-quality hotel developments in Dublin City Centre.The role will focus on the delivery of €20m–€30m hospitality projects, with multiple live schemes currently on site and further developments due to commence later this year. You will be supported by strong internal systems, experienced site teams, and a clear commitment to long-term progression.Responsibilities
- Manage hotel projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Lead programme, cost, quality, and overall project delivery
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and external consultants
- Maintain structured project controls, reporting, and documentation
- Track progress and chair regular client and design meetings
- Plan and manage labour, materials, and subcontractor resources
- Ensure compliance with specifications, quality systems, and procedures
- Work closely with safety teams to uphold site H&S standards
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related construction discipline
- 5+ years’ Project Management experience with a main contractor
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale building projects
- Strong programme management skills using ASTA or MS Project
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary site teams and stakeholders
- Solid contractual awareness and technical document interpretation
- Irish or UK experience required
