Finishing Foreman – LimerickD.O.E: €65k – €75kCompany Overview:O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Finishing Foreman for our client, a main contractor with various ongoing projects. The Foreman will join their team on a project based in Limerick.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all finishing works on site, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate with tradesmen, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
  • Manage timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Liaise with project managers and provide updates on progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification.
  • Must have internals and finishing experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular, carpentry.
  • Background in residential construction.
  • Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
  • An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
