With a focus on customer success, we are committed to delivering transformative solutions that unlock the full potential of ICT for our clients.About the Role:As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships with existing ones. Your primary focus will be on supporting customers in their digital transformation journey and ensuring successful outcomes. This role entails prospecting for new clients, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong customer relationships.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase business within existing accounts.- Achieve renewal targets and drive customer satisfaction.- Build and maintain strong relationships across the customer base, collaborating closely with internal teams.- Qualify new prospects, prepare proposals, and initiate new initiatives as needed.- Liaise with the support team to address customer issues promptly and effectively.- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.- Maintain an updated pipeline and ensure coverage levels are met.- Provide support to cross-functional teams in developing business plans, budgets, and marketing strategies.- Represent the company at internal and external meetings, events, and trade shows.- Utilize CRM software to track activities, contacts, and opportunities.Requirements:- Minimum of five years of external sales experience in the telecommunications industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.- Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer success.- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while achieving individual targets.- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.- Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly changing environment.- Full clean driver's license.- Passion for continuous learning and development.
