- Create clear, compelling stories that educate customers about solar energy and highlight Fáilte Solar’s products and values.
- Produce high‑quality visuals, graphics, and short‑form videos that bring the brand to life.
- Manage and grow Fáilte Solar’s social media presence across multiple markets.
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Monitor performance, track engagement, and optimise content based on insights.
- Ensure all content reflects Fáilte Solar’s tone, values, and visual identity.
- Strengthen brand awareness and trust among homeowners, installers, and partners.
- Support the rollout of brand campaigns across regions.
- Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Work closely with installers and partners to share success stories, case studies, and user‑generated content.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure messaging is accurate and impactful.
- Track KPIs across all channels and provide regular performance reports.
- Use insights to refine content strategy and improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Work with the events team to create content around exhibitions, roadshows, and training days.
- Partner with the technical team to translate complex solar information into simple, consumer‑friendly content.
- Support recruitment campaigns with engaging employer‑brand content.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and audience engagement.
- 3–5 years’ experience in content creation and social media management
- Social media and web analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights, TikTok Studio, GA4 etc)
- Manage CRM workflows through HubSpot, segmentation, and data to improve conversion
- Google Ads, Meta advertising and SEO knowledge
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
- Proven track record growing and managing brand social channels
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas for campaigns and engagement
- Excellent copywriting and visual content skills
- Highly organised with solid project and time‑management abilities
- Passion for sustainability, technology, and renewable energy
- Live within an accessible distance to the office in Shannon.
- Full clean drivers license
