
Inside Sales Representative, Healthcare Sector

- Engage with existing and prospective healthcare customers via phone, email, and web-based meetings to promote Apps Unlimited licenses.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach within an assigned territory.
- Build and sustain long-term customer and partner relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Maintain a robust and organized pipeline; provide accurate sales forecasting and timely follow-up on leads.
- Collaborate with internal Oracle teams (e.g., Fusion Sales, Consulting, Support) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Remain current on Oracle's application offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the development, presentation, and communication of compelling value propositions to customers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience engaging customers by phone, email, or digital channels, such as in sales, consulting, support, or account management.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with an ability to collaborate across functions.
- German language skills
- Prior experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, especially within the technology or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of Oracle products or similar enterprise software applications.
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
