Job Category: SalesJob Description:As an Inside Sales Representative in the Healthcare Sector, you will focus on generating and nurturing business opportunities for Oracle's License Applications portfolio across EMEA. You will build and maintain client relationships through remote channels, such as phone and email, working closely with customers and partners to understand their needs and connect them with the right Oracle solutions.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with existing and prospective healthcare customers via phone, email, and web-based meetings to promote Apps Unlimited licenses.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach within an assigned territory.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer and partner relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Maintain a robust and organized pipeline; provide accurate sales forecasting and timely follow-up on leads.
  • Collaborate with internal Oracle teams (e.g., Fusion Sales, Consulting, Support) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Remain current on Oracle's application offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support the development, presentation, and communication of compelling value propositions to customers
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience engaging customers by phone, email, or digital channels, such as in sales, consulting, support, or account management.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented with an ability to collaborate across functions.
Good-to-Have:
  • German language skills
  • Prior experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, especially within the technology or healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of Oracle products or similar enterprise software applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
