Reporting to the Local Finance Manager, this role will be based in our Cork Office and will support the existing PM Group Finance team. The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain varied experience in a busy finance office and gain exposure to all aspects of accounting including Accounts Receivable, General Accounting and Financial Reporting.Responsibilities:

Support the Finance Team in transaction processing activities when required using PM Group’s Accounting Software (Agresso)
Providing status reports to Project Managers
Scanning & filing of relevant documents
Complete various reports and reconciliations on a monthly basis
Provide additional support if required in the areas of Timesheets, Expenses, Accounts Receivable and Monthly Management Accounts
Assisting with general office and adhoc duties
Support a number of improvement projects in the Finance area

Qualifications:

Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent Microsoft Office experience (particularly Excel)
Experience in working to tight deadlines with good attention to details and focused on getting the task done
