- Progress Evaluation: Inspect and evaluate progress, removing impediments to ensure your squad stays on track.
- Informed Decision-Making: Make balanced trade-off decisions between quality, cost, and timelines to maintain project integrity.
- Extensive experience in product management, systems development, or project management.
- Familiarity with brokerage and institutional technology is preferred.
- Knowledge of stock plans and financial services is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Agile experience will be beneficial.
