We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Solutions Architect to join our high-performance team. A Solutions Architect (SA) bridges business problems and technology solutions by designing secure, scalable, and resilient IT systems. Key responsibilities include designing architectures, evaluating tools, leading teams, and mitigating technical riskThe Role:
  • Design & Architecture: Create architectural blueprints and roadmaps, modeling future-state architectures (applications, data, and business).
  • Define the technology stack, framework, and platform for projects, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Translate complex business requirements into high-level technical designs and actionable project plans.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, presenting designs and ROI.
  • Act as the design authority through the project lifecycle, performing code/architecture reviews and managing technical debt.
  • Guide cloud migration, infrastructure orchestration, and containerization strategies
Requirements:​​​
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with Rockwell PLC's IO and Studio 5000.
  • Proficient in architectural patterns (microservices, service-oriented architecture), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, and security.
  • Familiarity with modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX EAM), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD pipelines.
